Have you heard of someone eats non-stop when he/she is feeling stress or unhappy? The solution to it is never a losing weight anymore but instead I swear on the add-ons! Feeling stress, feling unhappy, worried really makes someone do something on impulse or negatively and gosh not forgetting the impulse shopping for a stress person. Tell me about it.
I have never feeling stress so far, really for such a long time. It is irony when here I am advising people to learn how to relax & if feeling stress, avoid bingeing on food or shop on impulse, you will regret it. Well, shut me off, I did it. Shop on impulse, eat non-stop just over a minor issue of my wrist. Ok dun ask me. Its plainly stupidity on the anesthetise side. Rushing I guess to end his day or he is having a bad time with his gf... lol.
Anyway, pitying someone is not a good start, instead you shld start pitying yourself. Now, instead of 24mths of rest I guess its not going to be enough... I really need to recover. But hubby said theres a 'hikmah'... I bet it does.
