Fishly Patch Mini-Quilt

Heres another art piece of mine, which is the same as the other 'Numbers Mini-Quilt Patchworks' - courtesy of fabrics from Ikea, and Patch from MODA that I bought from http://www.thesproutzstore.com/ and I am addicted to their shop!

I am 30 today.

Time flies so fast. Today I turned 30 years old. With 3 hyperactive kids in tow. Apart from the numbers reminding me that I am old and sagging fast, I started to feel that my children are all grown-up & seeing lesser of each other sooner. Especially when most of their times are at school, while I am busy with my WAHM-ing and the housechores.
I am trying to think back of things that I have achieved, tried to achieved, failure and lots of other hidden positive thoughts *winks*.

And i am so happy to spend a quite time with hubby at the stroke of 12midnite! We had McWings Meal with hot-fudge ice-cream...

Specially added on 6Feb/Sat!!!! **And... my dearest little Sarah is the first to wish me Happy Birthday at the stroke of 12midnite!!! apart from my sons & beloved hubby... Sorry dear, I missed on this heeee... but does not meant I do not appreciate it.... Love you dolly!**
Earlier today, my mum came over to pass my birthday gift, a perfect for me... a Steamboat Set... similar to Seoul Garden! And Kuah Rawon, home-cooked by my Mum...

These gifts are from Sabrina, Irfan & Hakim... Very thoughtful of them.

Ok so its already into the almost second month of the year2010. So far I have not yet finalising on what themes to give the boys. We did New Year Theme this month & Happy Family.

Theres still more to plan, but i have limited time. The only next I have in mind is the normal CNY as usual, we will be doing firecrackers, hongbao decorations eg... After that? hhmm... need to unscrew my brain. Or should I get hubby to chip in the brainstorming??? He is sure good at this!

Furqan milestone towards 8mths age

I realised that Furqan is totally skipping crawling totally! Well he did crawl once or twice, very, very rare. Touched 6mths, he sits & he started to move around in the baby-walker, he seems to like climbing on stools, on dinner benches, on his baby-cot.
He seems curious to explore beyond his age. especially when he sees what his active, happy older brothers engaged in a fun activities, he strays to them without aide. Furqan prefers to walk.

I remembered Sufi did home-school with me from period of 6mths-24mths, some tips that i managed to picked up from my aunt & the internet. While Khair home-schooled only for a year as he started his Playgroyp sessions @ 18mths. I planned things will somehow be the same for Furqan, maybe 12mths of home-school before he attends official playgroup.
